All gas sellers listed on Gas Finder are independent businesses or individuals.

Gas Finder:

• Does not guarantee product quality or safety
• Does not verify prices, availability, or delivery
• Does not endorse any seller

Each seller is responsible for their own business, listings, and conduct.

3. Customer Responsibility

As a customer, you agree to:

• Confirm prices before ordering
• Verify seller details
• Agree on delivery and payment terms directly with the seller
• Take necessary safety precautions

Gas Finder is not responsible for disputes, late deliveries, payment issues, or product quality.

4. No Liability for Interactions

Gas Finder is not liable for:

• Losses or damages
• Injuries or accidents
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Failed deliveries or disputes

Any interaction between a customer and a seller is their own responsibility.

5. No Partnership or Agency

Using Gas Finder does not create:

• A partnership
• An agency relationship
• Employment or joint venture

Gas Finder is not a middleman — just a platform.

6. Disputes

If a dispute arises:

• It must be resolved directly between the customer and the seller
• Gas Finder does not mediate or intervene

7. Account Responsibility

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Use the platform lawfully

Gas Finder may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gas Finder will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Gas Finder means you accept the latest version.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya 🇰🇪.
